I have had such an amazing experience with Dr. Zachary Jost. He is extremely kind, thorough, and attentive with his care. As someone who's been dismissed by doctors in the past Dr. Jost took time to listen to my concerns and do a full work up. I felt safe and listened to in the office. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of an optometrist.​​​​​​​

I came from Cape Cod for my visit so it was a long drive for someone who hates to "go over the bridge". I can say it was totally worth it. Everyone in the office was so personable that you found yourself very comfortable waiting for a little bit. I met with Dr. Jost. I felt he was extremely thorough and listened to all my concerns. I would recommend Back Bay Eye Care to everyone I know.​​​​​​​

The clinic is exceptionally clean and has a very welcoming atmosphere. Dr. Lam is a true professional who conducted a thorough examination of my eyes. With a friendly front desk team to match, this practice definitely deserves five stars.​​​​​​​

I get very nervous going to the eye doctor, but Dr Lam was very professional, friendly, and patient with answering my questions. The optometry tech Alex was also very friendly and welcoming. The practice is very nice and clean, and I was very impressed with how advanced all the equipment and eye care technology was. Would recommend getting your eye care here!​​​​​​​

The opticians are very friendly and helpful. They helped me decide which frame to get by giving me their true opinions of what looked best on me. The doctor was awesome in explaining various aspects of the lense prescription. Also, he introduced meso-zeaxantin to me. I have AMD and I thought I had researched every source of zeaxanthin, but I missed meso-zeaxanthin. Thank you doctor!​​​​​​​

Both annual appointments I’ve had here, I’ve been very impressed with the level of service. All levels of staff were knowledgeable and friendly. I truly felt I was getting the best value from my visit and will continue to schedule my eye appts here!​​​​​​​

My family and I get great care here. We typically just go for annual checkups, glasses and contacts. But I recently called about some pain in one of my eyes. They fit me into the schedule on the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue, addressed the pain and got me on the right path to recovery. The doctors are really warm and knowledgeable.​​​​​​​
